Utilisez ce paramètre pour indiquer la fonction que l'utilisateur X3 remplit au niveau de la CRM :

  • Ingénieur commercial
  • Téléacteur
  • Directeur commercial
  • Relanceur
Le choix de l’une des fonctions ci-dessus suppose qu'un représentant soit associé à la fiche utilisateur. Cette association s'effectue au niveau du paramètre AUSCRMF - Représentant (chapitre CRM, groupe COL). Ce choix conditionne, dans la fiche Représentant, l'accès de certains champs du bloc Relation client.

Le choix de la fonction Support client implique que l'utilisateur n'exerce pas d'activité commerciale.
